Im just heart sick reading about all the coercion involved. In fact i had to stop...too painful! 😞

Wasn't fun.

This was a litmus test that too many failed. MDs will never, during this generation, regain their position of trust.

I was fortunate to already be well read — and therefore very negatively predisposed — on the topic of vaccines in general, and read every preprint as it was published online and never even considered the shot. Unfortunately I was not able to convince my spouse.

Fortunately, I’m a self-employed healthcare professional, and the only pressure I faced was from patients, and the risk of losing business due to my status. (A former patient even took it upon herself to warn prospective patients about me online.)

I admire and respect your decisions and only wish that there were more people with your brains and character in healthcare. Unfortunately, the majority have neither.

WOW! Didn't know that you went through that.

"Most doctors do not practice Medicine". You are right they have become the new DRUG PUSHERS.

the author. it's confusing how he was able to go back to work as an md, did he take the jab? no judgement, he just never says how he got back his job

You’re one of my heroes however, I am mortified that you took the jab despite your well articulated reasons for doing so. I certainly hope that you are taking ivermectin, nattokinase, and other natural supplements to help your body clear the spike proteins. I certainly hope that your DNA has not been corrupted, but at this point you have to assume that it has been. The production of a sibling for your new baby would be ideal, but I would pray hard about it.

Given our circumstances, I had to do what I had to do.

I'd take a bullet for my family. Not just a jab.

A little late on the reply here but WADR, I’m sure your family would like you alive and healthy, employed or not. To refer to those intentionally lethal and maiming injections coerced upon billions of people as “just a jab” belies a level of denialism I find difficult to understand.

First, I want to commend you sir for standing up to the establishment. I don’t know if you are a spiritual person but when you said that being home with your wife and new baby, it was a blessing in disguise. I couldn’t agree more! God works in mysterious ways.

I opted to quit my nursing job rather than take mandated shots. I worked in an outpatient wound care clinic with the same group for 19 years. I could have filed a religious exemption which was about 10 pages of essay questions testifying to my religious beliefs. This was discriminatory to those weren’t religious but believed in bodily autonomy. That EUA was not warranted and that an experimental gene therapy injection was like playing Russian roulette. I watched and witnessed the common sense of well respected physicians go right out the window. 2 Doctors I worked with were severely injured. 1 had a stroke and 1 had a heart attack. It frightened me that big pharma machine and had brainwashed the medical profession. The Dr who had the stroke was also an Infectious disease Dr and I know from way back in his residency he was hardcore natural immunity, antivax with his own kids.

Our entire healthcare profession had been groomed for this moment in time. This came down on me like a ton of bricks when I took my 14 y/o son to his pediatrician for a sports physical in Nov 2021 and he begged my to give him the jab. 2 months after weathering the so called Covid infection in 4 Days. I told the Dr that the risk of myocarditis was too great. He said there was only a small chance. he had natural immunity and didn’t need the shot. He said well he can get it in 6 months. I left and never went back. I realized it was all about money, Even though we told them we were done here the office has continued calling me with reminders ever since. The only time he had been back to any Dr was for another sports physical.

I am grateful for physicians who took a stand and said no to the establishment. It’s hard to comprehend those who didn’t think they had a choice. As for my self I am blessed to have a husband who supported my decision and it was time to put our family 1st.

Its so important that we continue to share these stories. The truth is not accepted or understood broadly yet, but I have to believe it will be, one day.

How did you get to go back to work? Glad you were able to!

Here is my story. I eventually accepted a severance package as it was untenable to continue while my coworkers met together in the office and I was not allowed inside. This while the city of SF allowed anyone in restaurants and bars. Insane.

Amen brother. So glad I chose to be a solo ambulatory veterinarian 31 years ago. I watched this crap unfold with disgust. I will consider anyone who comes at me with a loaded syringe containing some poison as a threat to my life and respond accordingly.

i’m a solo vet too. do you know if the corporate practices had mandates? i don’t interact with too many other vets as i am in a rural area, but the vibe i got overall was that most vets were no better than the physicians in regards to standing up to the cv tyranny

I did wonder when they forced medical professionals to get the shots or lose their jobs, if this wasn’t done purposely to force people to accept robots taking over all these jobs in the near future because of the scarcity of medical professionals due to death.

I’m not in medicine but between the first mentions of a novel respiratory disease and the transfection rollout was almost a year. A year in which I started reading on immunology, wondering why a successful vaccine hadn’t been developed for prior coronaviruses. By the time the shots rolled out, I was skeptical and had lots of questions, which were not getting answered by any health ‘authorities’. I’ve been reading on that stuff ever since and the hole between “the science” and demonstrable reality is far bigger than I had imagined. The lack of curiosity in general was/is disappointing, to say the least.

Please don't underestimate how reassuring voices such as yours were for us during those terrible times (and ongoing). While I succumbed to one coerced jab (all but broke my marriage), the courage I drew from principled professionals such as yourself really helped me weather the storm and find the courage to start fighting back and finding my own inner strength. None of your actions were in vain. Thank you. I would like to think that the other doctors will start questioning things and see how thoroughly duped they have been, but unfortunately I think that is highly unlikely. Ego and cognitive dissonance will not permit. They will not want to face the sheer scale of wrong that they aided and abetted.

Good on you! You were brave to swim against the tide, and stand on your convictions despite the loss of your job! Congratulations to you and your wife for staying strong (and correct!) on this!

My tussle with vaxxes began years before when, after being optional to staff for some years, the flu shot suddenly became mandated at the hospital I worked in (in the lab dept) in mid-2010s.

I refused outright for no other reason but it just seemed like a wrong imposition of an intervention. I'd known nothing about the scandalous story of childhood and flu vaxxes at that time. I only felt strongly against being forced to take the flu shot. The hospital admin soon sent out an email to all the staff listing names of people who still had not taken the shot. There were just a few of us resisters, including one colleague and a nurse. My colleague was aghast at the email - she pointed out the gross violation of HIPAA with that email, which I'd not even noticed. Anyway, long story short, my colleague eventually relented, and so did the nurse a week or so later. So I was apparently the sole rejector of the flu vax. From researching online, I learned about the money basis for the mandates, and the option of getting a religious exemption. It was accepted without fuss, and that's the route I took for all subsequent flu shots.

Fast-forward several years later: "COVID" (a bioweapon?) "pandemic"- already suspicious to me. Looked every bit a PCR "test"-labeled "illness" even without any symptoms! Standard of treatment broke every conceivable rule of common sense in medicine. And then, the deadly hospital protocols! Then the shots came- I refused that, too, using also a religious exemption. With Peggy Hall's (of Orange County CA) help and info, carefully crafted my exemption answers and all went smoothly. But I was the only one in my group who refused all jabs. Appalled at family, friends, peers who all bought into the scamdemic and toxic shots. No one listened to us or our warnings.

Thank you for this very compelling account.

As for me, I've never felt luckier for being retired. The only harassment I've gotten was from my family and friends. I told them I was waiting for the on-going trials to complete (then scheduled for Jan 2023) - no luck, they did not think it made any difference. I tried telling them about the abysmal history of the technology - no luck. Now the only glimmer of hope is that some are seeing that the jabs offer only short-term protection and are booster-weary, but most are still under the influence of "my Cov would have been so much worse without the jab".
