I’d counter ‘fix your salt’ fix your energy and health.

Hydration NOT oxygenation underpins mammalian physiology.

Oxygen toxicity is due to its power to dehydrate.

Air contains zero oxygen or nitrogen or the other 1% of gases (as to pollution, air is constantly purifying itself, rain)

I logically dismiss the gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. The lungs are rehydrating the red blood cells in the alveoli capillaries with salt water. An IV saline infusion does the same thing.

Oxygen and nitrogen are products of air. Manufactured to solve moisture problems and nitrogen is just the non-combustible version of oxygen.

I link to a demo using a home oxygen concentrator that shows how oxygen becomes nitrogen.

The ocean waves generate the air we breathe. Hence we feel invigorated after being near a wave crested ocean. We breathe air not oxygen is my article.

Hydration equals salt plus water.

Water can only be on boarded if the body has salt to accept it. Otherwise it must be passed with zero hydration occurring.

The govt/pHARMa salt restriction directives have created chronic dehydration and chronic dis-ease.

How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking? Is my article.

Informative and interesting. I understand what you mean with "Life is anti-entropy". But as I get nearer and nearer to my eighth decade of life, entropy seems to be creeping in with increasing speed. I don't think I'm going to beat it.

Exactly. In techy terms I prefer to call it reactance instead of resistance. LIfe moves things by altering the reactance on one or both sides of a balance.
