INSIGHTS | 33. How Electromagnetic Radiation Impacts Physiology
While most are still arguing about whether or not EMF has negative impacts on physiology, researchers are exploring the good and the bad.

Background
With the advent of 5G telecommunications technology, there has been a global resurgence of concern regarding the impacts of non-natural electromagnetic frequencies (nnEMF) on the health and functioning of the human body.
There are some who believe that the unprecedented rise of illness in recent years is attributable to the deployment of new 5G towers. Others suggest that this is a ‘conspiracy theory.’ Whatever that means.
In my experience, those who dismiss the role of nnEMF on our health are usually ignorant of the wonders of the human body and its relation to the physical environment.
Humans, like all terrestrial lifeforms, are electromagnetic beings. We receive electromagnetic radiation (e.g. the Sun), and use the energy imparted by this natural EMF to generate energy and order our bodies.
The natural tendency of physical systems is towards greater entropy. Life is inherently anti-entropic. Life is highly ordered. Structured. To accomplish this it needs energy. From the mitochondria and bacteria, to the human.
Across evolutionary time, most of this energy came from the Sun.
Today, we have flooded our environment with extremely high frequency nnEMF. Interfering with the natural background cosmic radiation in which we evolved.
Surely, this has consequences.
Article
This is a review article which summarizes some historic findings as it relates to EMF impact on physiology. The reason I chose this one is to illustrate the means by which EMF can be used to generate a positive impact on physiology.
I believe that if you develop an understanding of how EMF directly interacts with cellular life, you will be open to the possibility of EMF also causing harm.
To quote Paracelsus, the poison is in the dose.
