I like LifeSource vitamins out of Winter Park Florida because they have a better source for their products than NOW. Although I have used NOW in the past.
What about vitamin D for those of us in New England? And Vitamin C? Thoughts?
You nailed it! This is a great “where to start” list for boosting health on a budget. And obviously, for those that can’t afford all of it at once, just begin with what you can afford. Even if it took you 2 years to purchase all of it, that is great. Start where you are at. No shame in that, friends. In fact, you will probably stick with it better if you do one at a time anyways.
Thanks for doing the legwork for us and for providing brands. My guess is that everyone’s next question will be “how much do I take of each supplement?” I would recommend reading the directions on the labels and note if it says to take on an empty stomach or with food. And then do that.
I have been wanting a red light panel for a year but every time I research it, it becomes overwhelming. Many people like many brands but most aren’t budget friendly so I’ve hesitated to pull the trigger. But after this busy week passes, I’m going to order the unit you recommend. 😃 Let’s go!
This was really a great article. Thank you.
